Today, Avalon products are distributed primarily through a network of dealers, distributors, and professional partners across the United States. This allows us to provide better service, project support, and local availability for residential and commercial applications.
Our products are also available through select online marketplaces, including Amazon, where pricing follows our Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) guidelines.

Payment Policy
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, PayPal, and other standard payment methods.
Net payment terms may be offered to approved partners, including dealers and distributors. Specific terms are arranged individually depending on the nature of the partnership.
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.
Shipping Policy
We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us for availability and rates.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Most shipments are delivered via standard ground shipping services. Larger orders may be shipped via LTL freight, and in certain regions — particularly in New York and New Jersey — deliveries may also be handled by our own local delivery service.
Tracking information is available for most shipments.
Upon delivery, please inspect all items carefully. Any shipping damage should be reported within 2 business days so we can assist with a claim and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have already been shipped.
